• 1. All payments are to be made according to the category/size of the plot, as per the schedule of payments. through the Bank Dra/Pay Order in favor of ” Sialkot Smart City (Pvt) Ltd’
  • 2. If the payment plan is not followed and the remaining amount is not paid within the specific me, the payment will be forfeited and will be Non-Refundable.
  • 3. The size and the location of the plot are tentative and subject to adjustment and demarcation/measurement of the plot at me of handing over possession.

  • 4. In the Case of Installments, after due date the applicant/allottee will only be accepted with a surcharge at the rate of 1.5% per month (which will be taken as 0.05% daily).
  • 5. If the allottee fails to pay 2 consecutive installments within the prescribed period. The allotment shall be liable to be canceled
  • 6. Cost of the plot included all charges. No further levies are anticipated unless under extremely unavoidable circumstances for which the client shall be taken into confidence prior to the levy.
  • 7. In case of extra land in any plot, extra land shall be charged in addition to the total amount.
  • 8. For each preferential location, i.e. Concern and Main Boulevard, applicants shall pay a 10% premium/each at me of booking.
  • 9. One application form can only be used for the booking of one plot only. 
  • 10. Plot allowed to an applicant shall not be used for any purpose other than applied or meant for.
  • 11. No applicant shall be paid by management any interest/mark up against the amount paid by him.
  • 12. All registrations/mutation charges shall be borne by the allottee along with any other government Tax in vogue.
  • 13. No construction can be done without the approval of the Design Studio Authorities.
  • 14. The Management Committee of the Sialkot Smart City (Pvt) Ltd, reserves the right to allot/sell a plot surrendered by an alloee (or canceled from the name of the alloee due to non-payment of dues) to any other applicant or person and the ex-alloee shall have no right such a plot. The decision of the Management Committee shall not be challenged before any forum.
  • 15. Price of the plot included all development charges.
  • 16. Transfer/ Registering of the plot allowed to an applicant shall be allowed by receipt of full payment/charge. All registration/mutation charges shall be borne by the allottee.
  • 17. In case of transfer of plot and house, the first allottee be bound to clear all committed dues ll that me with Sialkot Smart City (Pvt) Ltd, before the transfer.
  • 18. In case of any dispute between the alloee and Sialkot Smart City (Pvt) Ltd, the dispute will be referred to Arbitration Management Committee of the Sialkot Smart City (Pvt) Ltd, whose decision shall be final and binding on the pares.
  • 19. Every applicant will abide by these Terms & Conditions in addition to the bye-laws, rules, and regulations governing allotment, possession, ownership, construction, and transfer of plots, enforced from me to me by Sialkot Smart City (Pvt) Ltd, and any other Authority/Department competent to do so.
